Books and DVDs give us access to a wealth of ideas and information that can improve our training. Obviously I'm not experienced or proficient in every style of Karate, and my personal suggestions for texts and DVDs will reflect this. If I've missed something that you've found really useful - please let me know.

Each Section is divided into two overlapping libraries, the first for American book prices, the second for United Kingdom book prices. Since not every book is stocked on both sides of the atlantic (but can obviously be ordered from abroad) I have chosen to include both sets together on the same page for comparison.
